I prefer the full blown QuickBooks. During the beginning of the year you can usually get regular Quickbooks free after rebates.

This semester I am taking night classes and it is seriously screwing up my families dinner plans. Planning is going to be more important than ever.

Here is what we are having this week. Not the best menu but we are adapting.

Monday – Hamburgers on the grill. — I have class, hubby can handle burgers.

Tuesday – Enchilada casserole.

Wednesday – Baked cod fish with steamed broccoli and brown rice pilaf. – I am in class, my mom is making this.

Thursday – Grilled pork chops with mustard, scalloped potatoes

Friday – Something with Chicken cooked in the crock pot. Haven’t figured this one out yet. LOL.

Saturday – Dinner out.

Sunday – BBQ Ribs on the Grill

I have already tried the Grilled chicken and it is pretty good. I think they may pump it up with some type of solution but otherwise I really liked it.
