Borders closing its Pittsburgh stores – possible deals to be had

Pittsburgh-area Borders joined the rest of the bookstore chain Friday with going-out-of-business sales after a bankruptcy judge approved a liquidation of the chain and its 399 stores.
The Borders Group Inc. (NYSE: BGP) locations in the Pittsburgh region affected include Borders at the Northway Mall in Pittsburgh, The Mills in Tarentum and Clearview Mall in Pittsburgh, along with Borders Express in Beaver Valley Mall in Monaca, Westmoreland Mall in Greensburg and Hermitage.
