Here is my recipe for the Church Windows (also called Cathedral Window) Cookies

Church Windows

• 1/2 c. margarine
• 1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi sweet chocolate chips
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
• 10 1/2 ounce mini marshmallows, colored
• 1/2 c. coconut

Directions

Melt margarine and chocolate chips in a double boiler (or in microwave) and cool.

Pour and mix with marshmallows, vanilla, nuts and coconut.

Pour on wax paper and form into rolls.

Refrigerate, remove wax paper, and cut into slices, and serve. These can also be frozen for a month if well wrapped.
